Abstrak

This project presents the development of an automatic miniature conveyor system designed to facilitate water filling into bottles based on predetermined color identification. The system is controlled by an ESP32 microcontroller, which functions as the central processing unit connected to a TCS34725 color sensor, infrared sensors, and a YF S401 water flow sensor. The color sensor identifies the color of the passing bottle and assigns the appropriate volume of water to be filled 100 ml for red, 200 ml for green, and 300 ml for blue. Infrared sensors detect the bottle’s presence at both the filling point and the end of the conveyor path, while a DC pump automatically dispenses water, monitored in real-time by the flow sensor. Testing results indicate that the system performs automated filling with high precision, achieving a bottle stop accuracy of 98.10% and an average travel time of approximately 7.91 seconds. The conveyor’s drive system, powered by a DC motor, maintains a stable rotation speed ranging from 23.3 to 24.5 RPM at a constant voltage of 11.6 volts. Overall, the system demonstrates efficient, reliable,
and adaptable performance in response to various bottle colors. This prototype also serves as a practical simulation of industrial automation implementation on a small scale, making it highly suitable as an educational tool in the field of microcontroller-based automation and embedded systems.
