berbagai tangki. Program otomasi dalam PLC memungkinkan pompa air beroperasi
otomatis berdasarkan informasi sensor, memastikan pasokan air efisien sesuai kebutuhan.
total seperti selenoid valve sebesar 343,914W, lampu indikator sebesar 35,097W, pompa
Analisis performa sistem otomasi pompa air berbasis PLC memastikan
fungsionalitas optimal. Performa sistem otomasi pompa air berbasis PLC dianalisis untuk
memastikan kinerjanya yang optimal.

PLC based water pump automation system is a mechanism used to control and regulate
water pumps automatically through PLC programming. The Omron CP1E PLC acts as the
main controller that regulates the operation of water pumps in various tanks. The
automation program in the PLC allows the water pump to operate automatically based on
sensor information, ensuring efficient water supply as needed. Sensors such as floating
switches and flow switches are used to detect the water level in the tank and turn the pump
on/off according to the water condition. The system can be applied to multi tank setups,
where the water pump functions automatically according to the demand of the water level
or sensors in each tank. In addition, the system integrates total power loads such as
selenoid valve of 343.914W, indicator lamp of 35.097W, DC pump of 48.934W, AC circuit
of 376.844W, and DC circuit of 51.1W with total load power reaching 427.945W. A
performance evaluation of the system was conducted to measure its efficiency and
reliability in managing a multi-tank scenario through PLC control. By combining
industrial automation, PLC programming, and utilization of sensors such as floating
switches and flow switches, the system provides an advanced and effective automation
solution in regulating water supply in multi tank settings. Performance analysis of the
PLC based water pump automation system ensures optimal functionality. The performance
of the PLC based water pump automation system is analyzed to ensure its optimal
performance.
