Abstrak

This research aims to analyse the sales and marketing strategies of cilok with shredded chicken product by SARP Cemilan Laziz’s. The method used in this final project is descriptive, with primary data collected through observations of the marketing process and secondary data through analysis of sales data documents. Based on the available data, it is evident that the sales and marketing strategy implemented by SARP Cemilan Laziz has successfully increased market interest and sales volume significantly. This success is attributed to the product’s popularity among consumers and strong marketing support. However, challenges in the field, such as market competition and product quality management, are also present. There is a need to enhance product quantity and quality control as an effort to maintain and expand the market.
