PENERAPAN APLIKASI SIAPIK DALAM PENYEDIAAN INFORMASI KEUANGAN BAGI UMKM WARSUP VAPE & CAFE

MSMEs in Indonesia still face challenges in preparing financial reports in
accordance with accounting standards, particularly SAK EMKM. Warsup Vape &
Cafe previously used the Olsera POS application to record transactions, but it only
generated a simple income statement without a balance sheet or cash flow
statement. Additionally, records were not structured in the form of journals,
ledgers, or proper account classifications, making it difficult for the owner to make
accurate business decisions. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the
SIAPIK (Sistem Aplikasi Pencatatan Informasi Keuangan) application at Warsup
Vape & Cafe and evaluate its feasibility in generating financial reports based on
SAK EMKM. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design.
Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of
financial transactions. Feasibility was assessed using the TELOS approach
(Technical, Economic, Legal, Operational, and Schedule). The results show that
SIAPIK improves recording efficiency, data accuracy, and automated financial
report generation. SIAPIK also supports data-based decision making. Based on
TELOS analysis, the application is feasible to implement. Despite challenges such
as limited mobile features and low accounting knowledge, SIAPIK remains a
practical solution for supporting digital transformation and financial
accountability in MSMEs.
