The Auto Cutter machine is one of the most dependable automatic fabric cutting machines when it comes to reducing production time. This machine works as an automatic cloth or textile cutting machine, with a program that allows created designs to be immediately loaded into the machine and the machine to cut the fabric according to the pattern. The purpose of this study is to determine the value of the effectiveness of production on the Auto Cutter machine. The value of effectiveness includes availability, performance rate, and quality rate. The research method is total productive maintenance. After doing the research, the availability value is 87,10% every week. The value of the performance rate is 99,7% The machine quality rate is 99,1% and the whole equipment effectiveness calculation result is 86,21%
